i like the simplicity of your format and the idea of your magazine, i reckon it will be perfect for your target audience and many people would want to buy it! x
I really like that you are using more than one person on your magazine cover which I think will work really well for your style of magazine and I think the target audience is realistic.
I like the idea of being a tad different from most of the other magazines by using a close-up on the cover, but one thing to consider with that is that you don't want the image to become distracting from anything in front of it - it can be interesting and eye-catching, sure, but some covers are just plain PAINFUL to look at when there's something behind the text just IN YOUR FACE.
The age range could possibly extend further upwards, but other than that it's a nice pitch.
